MINDSET + MOTION: BECAUSE YOU'RE MORE THAN A WORKOUT

Jan 2020- I'm a full-time, Philadelphia living, kid-free, hustling fit-pro, living my 'dream city life', working out freely, care-free schedule, getting 8+ hours a night of sleep, and drinking coffee while it's still hot.


Jan 2025-I'm a suburban living, part-time fit-pro, hybrid coaching, with a 4yr old in tow, tight schedule, shorter workouts, eating less extravagantly and sleeping as much as one Mom can. Right now, I control what's controllable..the rest..well let's just say we do our best :) It’s a life I didn’t plan, but I can honestly say, it’s become the BEST pivot in my journey so far. I loved that life, but this life? This version of me? THIS IS WHERE IT'S AT!

Just like you, I've experienced life-altering events. Some expected, some not, some were smooth sailing, others derailing and I quickly realized from a young age, the punches, tumbles, successes, and changes are going to keep coming. So, I slowly began building my tool box and learned (am always learning) to navigate this life prioritizing my mindset + motion regime. My excuses have gotten the best of me, I’ve felt like I’ve lost so many pieces of myself—BUT… with the continued exploration has come years of observation, reflection and self-work, it has brought me to where I am now. And right now, I just want to LIVE my damn life while also filling the many shoes I have to wear each day..while also knowing I get to choose how to react the next time life decides to roll up unannounced.

So, Welcome to my passion project. Mindset + Motion. Where your personal training session goes beyond the workout..way beyond. I will guide you in learning:

  • How to prioritize yourself and goals, even when your plates seem full. 
  • How to ditch “balance” and build consistency.
  • That fitness isn’t one lane and that mental wellness isn’t all “woo-woo.”
  • That everything has its place and each season has its purpose and you truly are in control the next time life decides to roll up unannounced.

With practice, consistency and me as your guide, these changes will lead to lasting, maintainable, results regardless of the season of life you're in. Mindset + Motion is a true commitment to yourself and regardless of your level of fitness or goals, there's a place for everyone.
