What started as an outdoor bootcamp by friends Rachel and Abby, soon turned into track-nights and fun-filled events. When the world was put on-standstill they took this workout online and have shown up ever since. The MISSfits are earlybirds (for now), so wake up-work out-and start your day the MISSfit way!

Can't make it to the live class? All classes are recorded and offered on demand to take at your convenience! The MISSfits library is filled with full-body strength, HIIT, Yoga/Recovery, and Core focused workouts.
