Strength training is a vital part of maintaining a healthy and injury-free body. Increased muscle mass, stronger bones, and joint flexibility are just some of the benefits strength training has to offer. So whether you're a yogi looking to build more muscle, a runner/cyclist looking to compliment your training cycle, or just looking for a place to get started-this is for you! With a focus on bodyweight and resistance based exercises, together we will create a plan tailored to your goals and level of fitness. From there, we may incorporate a variety of equipment including weights to help you achieve those goals. I strive to provide a full-body, high intensity, low-impact workout each session. Let's get stronger, together!
The Quickie: Looking for a short but effective workout? This is for you! 30 minutes of targeted strength training and you're done! Each session will be muscle focused therefore this is recommended 2-3x weekly to get the full-body experience.
Single session $40
The Regular: Each session will be created with YOU in mind. After an initial assessment, we'll discuss a program based on your needs and goals. Each session will consist of a proper warm up, strength training, and complete cool down. You may curse me under your breath, or out-loud, but I assure you-you'll thank me when you're done!
